Hair fall is very common problem in today’s world. It is faced by almost everyone in the world irrespective of age and gender. Most girls dream of having long, lustrous locks at one point or another in their lives. But we fail to realize that certain mistakes that we do in our everyday life is the reason why we shed hair, lots of hair!

Tip #1 : Fix Your Medical Issue!
 
Before getting into the home remedies and tips, we must understand that hair loss could be due to a variety of an underlying medical issue. Thyroid, lack of nutrients, hormonal imbalance, stress and tension, scalp disorders and many such issues lead to hair fall. If you experience any other symptoms along with hairfall or if you suffer from any ailments, do consult a doctor to take necessary medications required.
 
Tip #2 : Wide Tooth Comb!
 
Always use a wide tooth comb to detangle your hair. Always be gentle with your hair and never pull or tug during detangling your hair. This might cause damage and causes hairfall.
 
Tip #3 : Do Not Comb Wet Hair!
 
Never comb your hair while it is still wet. Always dry your hair partially before combing or use a wide tooth comb to detangle your wet hair. This way you will prevent hair fall to a great extent.
 
Tip #4 : Do Not Rub Your Hair!
 
Always be gentle while towel drying your hair. Never rub your hair vigorously with a towel. Gently press your hair with a soft towel to take the moisture from your hair.

When you wash your hair, make sure to clean your comb with an old tooth brush and shampoo. Using unclean brush or unclean comb on your clean hair only makes your scalp dirty and oily. Accumulating dirt in your hair or comb is one major reason for scalp itching and dandruff.

Make sure to pamper yourself with a hot oil treatment once a while to stimulate blood circulation on your scalp. This will strengthen hair follicles and makes your hair strong. Tight hairstyles might also cause a lot of hair damage. Hence it is best not to pull your hair tightly and never secure your hair tightly with elastic/plastic bands. Always opt for loose hairstyles to prevent damage.
