Aplava.com Website Review and Shopping Haul

My shopping haul from Aplava.com and website review

I took a small break from blogging because I had to move back to India and I had a lot of work to complete before moving. Long story short, I was so busy that I hardly found time to blog. I shop everything online because it is so hassle free and convenient. So this time, when Aplava team contacted me to try their website, I readily agreed because I had a few products to buy on my wishlist. Aplava is an online shopping website for skincare, haircare, bath and body, eyecare, suncare and a variety of makeup products. I wanted to buy skincare products, makeup brushes and eyeliner online, and they do have a variety of options to choose from.

Aplava.com also has personalized beauty regimen builder, meaning you are asked to fill up a form which has skin and hair related questions, and they provide you with recommendations that suit your skin and hair type. I like this feature in aplava because it is easy to filter products based on your needs.

Aplava is your personalized beauty regimen builder, with a row of skincare, haircare, bath and body, eyecare, suncare and a rainbow of makeup products. Aplava is known for its recommendation engine, which helps you to choose products on your suitability and affordability, so it’s a great place to try something, which suits you!

I placed my order on 23rd July and I got the package on 29th July. I had sent them an email regarding the status of my order and they had replied very quickly within an hour, so their customer service is excellent. Considering that this is a new start up e-com website, they have a wide variety of products to choose from. They also have their own range of makeup brushes which I am planning to try very soon.

I ordered 5 products out of which 2 are cream based products. The cream based products came bubble wrapped. Their packaging is good, and products did not come squeezed or damaged. The website claims that they provide free product samples for every purchase, but I did not get any. They also have a loyalty program called Aplava Prestige, where you can earn reward points on your purchase and use them on your next purchase.

I had placed the order for 5 products :

1. Just Herbs-Sacred Lotus-Green Tea Skin Recovery Infusion

2. Votre White Essence Brightening Scrub

3. The Nature’s Co. White Rose Under Eye Gel

4. Faces Magneteyes Kajal

5. Maybelline Volum’Express Mascara

Overall, I loved the entire shopping experience in Aplava.com. They have a wide variety of products and brands, their delivery and customer support is good, and the webite is user friendly. It would have been great if they included product samples as mentioned. I would highly recommend this website for online shopping and I would definately purchase again from Aplava.com
