KAMA AYURVEDA NALPAMARADI THAILAM : REVIEW, PRICE, BUY ONLINE INDIA
Every malayalee household has a few bottles of kashayams and arishtams from the ayurveda hospital. Such is the relationship between kerala and ayurveda. One among them is always Nalpamaradi Thailam. I have used this for a while when I was a teen, because my mom claims it to be a magic oil which is good for your skin, makes your skin glow and fancy statements like that. Lets review the Kama Ayurveda Nalpamaradi Thailam.
Kama Ayurveda Nalpamaradi Thailam is a skin brightening treatment. Prescribed in Ayurveda as a natural skin illuminator for face and body.Highly recommended as a bridal beauty treatment. 100% natural.
100ml – Rs.750
It comes in a plastic bottle (though it looks like glass) with a screw type cap. The oil itself is yellow in color and it STAINS (can be removed). They have a disclaimer on the bottle as well that the oil stains because of the ingredients in it. Hence extra precautions should be taken while applying and if you choose to travel with it.
CONSISTENCY AND SMELL:
It has a very strong ayurvedic smell to it which I personally dislike. It also stains hence you need to be careful to avoid getting it on your clothes.
You need to use the oil before bath and leave it on for 30 mins (mentioned in packaging) for best results. I have seen amazing result for just 10 mins of soaking up in this oil. It makes marks and scars fade away, giving a subtle glow to your skin. It does remove tan to a certain extent but not immediately. You need to apply this oil everyday for at least a month to see good results.
Applying the oil is a pain, because it stains and you need to be cautious all the time. It also has an ayurvedic medicine kind-of smell, which is because of its ingredients. If you have extremely oily/acne prone/sensitive skin, you need to apply only a small amount of the oil and cleanse your face with your regular face wash.
I am using this oil religiously and I have seen better results. Since it is 100% natural, you can use it on kids as well.

FINAL VERDICT: Kama Ayurveda Nalpamaradi Thailam is best for bridal treatment, fading away stubborn marks caused by pimples and acne. You can definitely see a visible difference on continuous usage. I would highly recommend this oil to everyone especially for brides-to-be.
